By accessing or using Dunea ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Dunea is an AI-powered development platform that enables users to build, deploy, and manage web applications. The Service includes AI code generation, sandbox environments, deployment infrastructure, and analytics tools.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate or deploy malicious code, malware, or harmful content
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Engage in cryptocurrency mining or resource-intensive background processes
- Deploy applications that violate third-party terms of service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
5. AI-Generated Content
Code and content generated by Dunea's AI is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated output may contain errors or security vulnerabilities. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before deployment. We recommend security audits for production applications.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the applications and content you create using Dunea. We retain ownership of the Dunea platform, including our AI models, infrastructure, and proprietary technology. You grant us a limited license to host and serve your deployed applications.
7. Billing and Credits
Certain features require credits or paid subscriptions. Credits are consumed based on AI usage and compute resources. Unused credits do not roll over unless specified by your plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions. For critical applications, we recommend implementing your own backup and redundancy strategies.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your deployed applications will be taken offline, and data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUNEA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
